On this page we upload recordings of our weekly pregnancy classes for our subscribed pregnancy clients. If you are pregnant It is important you register and complete a specific pregnancy booking form (PARQ) before you exercise. Before you start, make sure you are exercising in a safe and well ventilated room and are wearing comfortable clothing. Drink water before and after you exercise and only exercise if you are feeling well. Post 16 weeks pregnant you will need a pregnancy support wedge or cushions to recline onto for some of the moves.
