Cycle around Poros Island, visit the Holy Monastery of Zoodochos, Sanctuary of Poseidon, we will stop for lunch at the highest taverna in Poros with an optional swim at Vagionia Beach, enjoy views across the Adriatic sea to Athens. Lunch to be paid for in addition to the tour.

You will spend the day on board a fishing boat circumnavigating Poros Island (weather permitting) seeing the sights of Poros from the sea. The boat will stop at many secluded bays where you can enjoy swimming in crystal clear water and eat the most amazing freshly cooked lunch on board. This is a full day activity – leaving after morning yoga.

This is an full evening activity - You will need to forgo Pilates in order to do this excursion.
This is a new addition to our excursions and I am sure will quickly become a favourite. The excursion includes a tour of the winery where you will learn about its history and how the wine is made. The tour is followed by a 5 course Greek meal, paired with wine for each course. The meal is then followed by Greek dancing.

You will be amazed how quickly you can improve with a few tips and corrections to your swimming technique.

Swedish Massage, Sports Therapy Massage, Relaxation Massage and Indian Head Massage, Acupressure and Reflexology treatments.
