Spring Equinox Weekend Retreat 


We are delighted to present our online Spring Equinox weekend retreat, packed full of amazing classes, workshops and activities for you to enjoy. This weekend is for all levels (beginners are welcome). We have put together package prices so you can pick and choose the perfect match for you. Enjoy some time out from every day life, welcome spring and celebrate the rejuvenation and new energy of this season.

Pilates 'Spring Start': Enjoy this flowing Pilates session designed to wake up, lengthen, strengthen and align the body with this new season.

Spring into Barre: is a fusion of ballet and Pilates at the barre.  It is the most fabulous legs and bottom workout, as well as being perfect for improving posture and strengthening the whole body.  You do not need any Pilates, ballet or barre experience to enjoy this fun and upbeat class.

Creative stretches, transitions and flow of Yoga in spring time:
It's exactly what it says on the tin, flowing sequences that seamlessly link your mind, body and spirit.

Pilates Core Ball: This fun and goofy class will take your abdominal muscles to a new level (if you allow them to), elevating the focus and experience with a very large core ball. All moves can be enjoyed with or without a ball or you can use substituted equipment. 

Spring Equinox Awakening Yoga Workshop with Paula Restarick: 

Early spring welcomes gentle revitalising energy, which awakens our mind, body and spirit. 
Share this spring equinox awakening journey with experienced workshop facilitator; Yoga and Meditation teacher, Holistic Health Practitioner and Reiki Master Paula Restarick.


Sunrise Yoga: There is no better way to wake up, than with sun salutations. Enjoy this awakening class to kick start your Sunday.

Tai Chi Qigong: A series gentle, flowing, moving postures with breathwork to support mental and physical wellbeing and spiritual development. Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi can be described as a mindful, moving meditation.

'Roll on Spring' - Pilates team teach: This uplifting, fun and dynamic class taught by all our amazing Pilates teachers, promises to rock and roll you into the new season.
