Wendy's Wellness Day
This day will be held outside in the grounds of Ardleigh House and surrounding area, weather permitting.
This special day has been designed for anyone who is interested in enjoying a wonderful day of self-care and wellbeing. It is inclusive to everyone where the pace will be really slow with an extra helping of TLC. Our focus will be on appreciating some outdoors activities (mindful foraging and tea and cake in the lovely grounds of Ardleigh House, weather permitting) and embracing Pilates for wellness.
If you have bouts of fatigue, chronic fatigue, symptoms of long covid, fibromyalgia, are recovering from illness/injury, suffer from arthritis or general aches and pains, experiencing stress or anxiety, this is the wellness day for you.
The mindful foraging and Pilates session will be adapted for individual needs, giving you time to rest when you want to. Pregnant women and complete beginners are very welcome to join us for this day.

"Thank you to you and Wendy for hosting yesterday’s wellness day. It was nice to take time out to relax and enjoy the day and the weather was perfect.
The walk was lovely and the Pilates and meditation after was very relaxing (I nearly dropped off to sleep during the meditation as I was so chilled). It was also nice to have tea and cake outside as although I see my fellow classmates each week, it’s nice to take time to chat for longer. Deborah"
"Wendy’s recent wellness Pilates Saturday was a lovely, relaxing and enjoyable session. It was all very calm and tranquil. It started with an uplifting local walk, moving on to a gentle Pilates session but interspersed with refreshments and relaxation. The organisation of everything was excellent ; even including homemade cake … really good !
