Wendy's Wellness Day
This day has been designed for anyone who is interested in enjoying a wonderful day of self-care and wellbeing. It is inclusive to everyone where the pace will be really slow with an extra helping of TLC. Our focus will be appreciating some outdoors activities (walking and hopefully tea and cake in the lovely grounds of Ardleigh House, weather permitting) and embracing Pilates for wellness.
If you have bouts of fatigue, chronic fatigue, symptoms of long covid, fibromyalgia, are recovering from illness/injury, suffer from arthritis or general aches and pains, experiencing stress or anxiety, this is the wellness day for you.
The walk and Pilates session will be adapted for individual needs, giving you time to rest when you want to. Pregnant women and complete beginners are very welcome to join us for this day.
Date: Saturday 17th May 11am - 2.30pm
Venue: Ardleigh House, Ardleigh Green
Cost: £45
