Stress and low back pain cause absence from work and cost companies many thousands of pounds. 131 million days were lost due to sickness absences in the UK in 2013. Minor illnesses were the most common reason given for sickness absence, but more days were lost to back, neck and muscle pain than any other cause. This is a session with gentle mobility, stretching and core strength to ease and support the back.
Yoga, Meditation and Sound healing experience
Sometimes you need to breathe, be quiet and relax. This is a guided relaxation session to help de-stress and relax.
Prices for face-to-face sessions delivered at your place of work
An experienced teacher will come to you and deliver face to face sessions in the workplace. Travel expenses will need to be added to the price list below.
1 hour for up to 10 people - £70
1 hour for up to 15 people - £100
1 hour for up to 20 people - £150
1 hour for 21+ people - £200
half day (3 hours) - £250
(For physical sessions at your place of work, yoga mats and a larger space will be required. Participants will need to wear exercise or comfortable clothing. No shoes are required.)
