6.30 - 7.30pm Restorative Yoga with Adriana
Start your evening with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. This slow and flowing class will take you on a blissful asana journey working with prana energy, pranayama (breathing) and mindful meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
7.30pm - 7.45pm Herbal tea and home-made treats
Indulge your taste buds, stimulating a sense of pleasure and comfort.
7.45pm - 8.30pm Meditation and Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath Healing Experience with Adriana
Sound Healing Therapy will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation and a deeper state of meditation. It works on removing any blockages within the chakras, allowing energy to flow freely and to create harmony within the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing will connect with your mental and emotional body, it can help reduce stress, lesson anxiety and provides a way to manage depression. By balancing and clearing the mind, using sound vibrations, it can lead you to a renewed sense of purpose, happiness and wellbeing.

More about Adriana
I started my teaching journey as an Exercise to Music Instructor at age 16 and have enjoyed teaching ever since. I have always loved the theatre and performing. In collage I studied performing arts bringing ballet and dance into my Barre Pilates classes. I continued my teaching journey and qualified as a Level 3 Pilates teacher in July 2017 and then completed a 500-hour, Hatha Yoga diploma in November 2018.
I wish to share my passion to help encourage more people to stay active and live mindfully. I learnt that Yoga is more than a class, it can be a lifestyle choice, the spiritual practice is enlightening, and the physical practice unites the mind, body and spirit. I wanted to learn more and qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher in May 2021 and sound healing in April 2022. I guarantee you will leave my yoga classes feeling relaxed an enhanced sense of well-being.
