After 16 weeks, it is no longer recommended you lay flat on your back. However, for some moves and relaxation you may want to. We therefore recommend a pregnancy support wedge. This will raise your heart higher than your pelvis, allowing you to recline in comfort. You will be able to enjoy using this during your classes and relaxing at home.
