Our face to face classes are the perfect way to enjoy your practice in a safe and friendly environment. Our experienced teachers offer a fabulous variety of classes accompanied by atmospheric music and for yoga, candles and incense. You will be amazed how quickly you improve and progress, building skills, flexibility and strength. See class descriptions below.

Class Pricing and Packages:
Package 1 - £49 a month for 1 class per week.
Package 2 - £79 a month for 2 classes per week.
Package 3 - £99 a month for 3 classes per week.
Classes are paid for monthly by standing order. Information will be sent by email with more information. If you would like to make payment in cash, please let us know.
This pricing allows for 3 weeks closure over Christmas. At other times, if you are away or unable to attend your weekly class, you can switch free of charge or request access to the video library.
If you are not able to commit to a monthly package, subject to availability, you can book an individual class for £15.
You are welcome to try your first class for a one off £12 payment before subscribing to a monthly package.

Yoga for wellbeing with Charlotte Monday 8pm - 9pm
In this class we will guide you through a yoga practice to strengthen and condition your physical body, increase your breath awareness, and reach a sense of mindful and physical fulfilment. This class will include both energising and deeply relaxing practices, which highlight the positive benefits yoga can bring to your life.
Pilates for wellbeing with Wendy Tuesday 5.30pm - 6.30pm
This class will introduce the benefits and principles of Pilates to anyone who wants to take things really slow with an extra helping of TLC. If you have bouts of fatigue, chronic fatigue, symptoms of long Covid 19, fibromyalgia, are recovering from illness/injury, suffer from arthritis or general aches and pains this is the class for you. The Pilates moves will be adapted and modified for your individual needs, giving you time to rest when you want to or work from a chair if required. Pregnant women and complete beginners are very welcome to join this class.
The Pilates Magic Circle with Wendy Tuesday 7pm - 8pm
For this course Wendy will using the Pilates Magic Circle, an amazing piece of small equipment designed to enhance your practice and introduce new challenges to the classical Pilates moves. You will be using the Magic Circle to add strength, flexibility and control to your Pilates practice. We will take time to gain confidence in using this new piece of equipment and gradually build our skill as we progress through the course.
Hatha Yoga Flow with Charlotte Wednesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Take time to relax and recharge your emotional and physical body. This class will lead you through a beautiful asana flow, gently weaving positive intentions and affirmations throughout the practice. Each week you will be guided through asana (physical movement), pranayama (breathing), dhyāna (meditation) and savasana (relaxation) focusing on cleansing and replenishing your emotional and physical self. Beginners are welcome to join this class.
Improve your Pilates with Charlotte Wednesday 7.30 - 8.30pm
For this course we will revisit the Essential Pilates Moves layering in some intermediate and advanced moves. Each exercise will be taught with options and adaptations to ensure the session is inclusive for everyone and new beginners can enjoy this class. You will have the opportunity to progress your Pilates practice and take your fitness level and ability to the next level.
Pilates Stretch, Strengthen and Mobilise with CharlotteThursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
This class will demonstrate how amazing Pilates is for everyone. By regular practice, it will help you move with ease, and shift stubborn niggles and discomfort caused by modern day living. In Joseph Pilates words; “Moreover such a body freed from nervous tension and over-fatigue is the ideal shelter provided by nature for housing a well-balanced mind that is always fully capable of successfully meeting all of the complex problems of modern day living. Beginners are welcome to join this class.
Restorative Yoga with Adriana Friday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Start your weekend with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. This slow and flowing class will take you on a blissful asana journey working with prana energy, pranayama (breathing) and mindful meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. We will sometimes hold poses for longer so you can connect with your breath and let go of tension, allowing your body to relax into the posture. Complete beginners are very welcome to join this class.
Pilates Moves You with Pauline Saturday 9.30am - 10.30am
Start your weekend with a 'Pilates Fix' to wake up your mind and energise your physical body. This course will be offering you fun packed lessons that will inspire and educate you to gain a better understanding of the intentions, benefits and applications of Pilates moves. Pregnant women and complete beginners are very welcome to join this class.
Barre Pilates with Adriana Saturday 11am - 12 noon
When’s better than the weekend to dance ‘it’ off, dance off the week and dance off any stress at the Barre. This fun and energising class is one of the most popular classes on our timetable, Adriana will be teaching a fabulous fusion of Pilates and ballet exercises at the barre. You don't need any Pilates or ballet experience to enjoy this fun and uplifting class that works on posture, toning legs, tummy and bottom. The class is choreographed to music keeping you motivated and smiling from start to finish. The class ends with a classical mat-work Pilates section to really hit those abs and a wonderful stretch to lengthen out and relax.

If you have any neck or back issues, you need to be 'relatively' pain free to attend Yoga or Pilates. Please seek professional advice from an osteopath, chiropractor or physiotherapist if in any doubt.

Exercise during Pregnancy:
If you are pregnant our teachers can adapt the exercises for you. If you have a healthy pregnancy you should enjoy and benefit from Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi throughout all 3 trimesters. We also have specialist Pregnancy classes available online.
Please note, pre-natal spaces are limited for our face-to-face classes, please contact us to check availability. (You will require a pregnancy support wedge for your class)
If you have any doubts about your health or starting a new exercise regime you must check with your doctor or midwife first. You will be asked to complete a physical activity awareness questionnaire (PARQ) and pre-natal health check before you start.
