Wednesday 6.30pm Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow with Charlotte at HASWA, Elm Park (fully booked for May)

Thursday 9.30am Yoga and Pilates Fusion with Charlotte at Ardleigh House
Thursday 7.30pm Yoga Flow and Meditation with Charlotte at Ardleigh House

Saturday 9.30am Pilates with Wendy at Ardleigh House
Saturday 11am Barre Pilates with Adriana at Ardleigh House (fully booked for May)

Our face to face socially distanced Yoga and Pilates classes are the perfect way to enjoy your practice in a safe and friendly environment. Numbers are restricted to ensure there is 2 meters between each person. In these classes you will be able to enjoy your class with atmospheric music and for yoga, candles and incense. 

Prices:
Classes are booked in blocks and cost £10 per class. Please get in touch to check availability

Booking:
Please complete a booking form to secure your space or to have your name added to a waiting list. We will inform you if a space becomes available.
One to One sessions in the comfort of your own home 
Sessions take place in your own home (or at a location you choose) and at a time convenient for you. 
Cost for a one hour session £55. One to one client booking form.
Price Includes:
  • Client interview
  • Goal setting
  • Posture and alignment analysis
  • Individual functional ability analysis and bespoke exercise plan to meet your need

Before you Exercise:
If you have any neck or back issues, you need to be 'relatively' pain free to attend Yoga or Pilates.  Please seek professional advice from an osteopath, chiropractor or physiotherapist if in any doubt.

Exercise during Pregnancy:
If you are pregnant our teachers can adapt the exercises for you. If you have a healthy pregnancy you should enjoy and benefit from Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi throughout all 3 trimesters. We also have specialist Pregnancy classes available online.

Please note, pre-natal spaces are limited for our face-to-face classes, please contact us to check availability. (There is a small charge to hire a pregnancy support wedge for your class)

If you have any doubts about your health or starting a new exercise regime you must check with your doctor or midwife first. You will be asked to complete a physical activity awareness questionnaire (PARQ) and pre-natal health check before you start.

Venue information and directions for Havering College (Currently closed due to Covid-19):
Drive into the main college entrance from Ardleigh Green Road, go to the end of the drive, if the barrier is down, press the button for entry. Turn right for students car park. When you have parked, walk back towards the college to the security gates, again buzz for the gate to be opened. Walk through the buildings and follow the yellow signs for B Block Creative Arts, Dance Studio B004 is the first studio on the left as your walk in, Dance Studio B105 is on the 1st floor, first studio on the right.
