Join us online or for face to face socially distanced Yoga and Pilates classes 
Absolute Yoga and Pilates online gives you unlimited access to our online service, this includes all live-streamed classes and a library of videos to enjoy anytime. If you miss a class, you can catch up at any time. Also in our library there's; Dance Fit LBT, Barre Fitness, Mini-me Yoga for young children, Yoga and Pilates for Pregnancy and a gentle chair Pilates class for those less mobile. You can enjoy unlimited access to all live online classes, catch up and our video library for just £10 per week.

*Our face to face classes are closed due to tier 4 restrictions.
Our face to face socially distanced Yoga and Pilates classes are the perfect way to enjoy your practice in a safe and friendly environment. Numbers are restricted to ensure there is 2 meters between each person. In these classes you will be able to enjoy your class with atmospheric music and for yoga, candles and incense.

Growth and demand for classes has increased organically and there is now a small team of qualified teachers who have a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience to share with you.  As a testament to our success, we have been finalists in the Havering Business Awards. 
 
We specialize in introducing complete beginners to a gentle and inclusive exercise programme. You will be amazed how quickly you improve and progress, building skills, flexibility and strength.

  10. We continuously record and upload new classes to our growing video library.

The gift of Yoga (and Pilates)
As this pandemic continues the number of students receiving the gift of Yoga (and Pilates) has increased. We are currently giving this to anyone who is experiencing financial difficulties and is in a position where they can not pay for their classes. It breaks our heart to see someone leave us due to a situation they have no control over. It is proven that exercise helps reduce symptoms of depression and improves mental and physical well-being. If you would like to make a donation to the 'Gift of Yoga fund', your donation would be most gratefully received. Our bank details are on the booking form. 100% of your donation will help those in need. Our classes are a lifeline to many and this fund ensures everyone can join us. Thank you for your donations. 

One to One sessions 
Sessions take place in your own home (or at a location you choose) and at a time convenient for you. 
Cost for a one hour session local to Hornchurch and Basildon £55. One to one client booking form.
Price Includes:
  • Client interview
  • Goal setting
  • Posture and alignment analysis
  • Individual functional ability analysis and bespoke exercise plan to meet your needs
  • Mat and small equipment

Before you Exercise:
If you have any neck or back issues, you need to be 'relatively' pain free to attend Yoga or Pilates.  Please seek professional advice from an osteopath, chiropractor or physiotherapist if in any doubt.

Exercise during Pregnancy:
If you are pregnant our teachers can adapt the exercises as your baby grows.  If you have a healthy pregnancy you should enjoy and benefit from Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi throughout all 3 trimesters.

Please note, pre-natal spaces are limited for our face-to-face classes, please contact us to check availability. (There is a small charge to hire a pregnancy support wedge for your class)

If you have any doubts about your health or starting a new exercise regime you must check with your doctor or midwife first. You will be asked to complete a physical activity awareness questionnaire (PARQ) and pre-natal health check before you start.

Venue information and directions for Havering College (Currently closed due to Covid-19):
Drive into the main college entrance from Ardleigh Green Road, go to the end of the drive, if the barrier is down, press the button for entry. Turn right for students car park. When you have parked, walk back towards the college to the security gates, again buzz for the gate to be opened. Walk through the buildings and follow the yellow signs for B Block Creative Arts, Dance Studio B004 is the first studio on the left as your walk in, Dance Studio B105 is on the 1st floor, first studio on the right.
