Holstic Massage We are delighted and soooo proud to share with you that Charlotte passed her final exam and is now a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist. She has studied so hard, passing her theory paper with 97%, completed 36 case studies, written a comprehensive business plan and created & published her own website Lottytherapies.co.uk. Well done Charlotte, you smashed it and we know you will be very successful with your massage therapy business. Don't worry if you are one of Charlotte"s students, she will continue with all her classes and will massage when she is not teaching. Wake up and go Yoga
This is the first Yoga video in our series, designed to 'wake up and go'. It will give you a short 15 minute practice you can enjoy at the start of every day. There are options to deepen your practice and add more rounds of Salute to the Sun if you want to. It's ideal for anyone at intermediate level, with options to take things a little easier. If you would like to gain access to all videos in our video library please complete a booking form (PARQ) to register. The cost is £10 per month for unlimited access. Disclaimer: Please take note of the following precautions before taking the class: To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning the classes. By participating in the classes you are doing so at your own risk. Absolute Yoga and Pilates will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our exercise programmes. If at any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. Please use good judgement and common sense when taking the class, consider your level and ability and choose the appropriate level of the exercises and rest when you need to. Enjoy! |

Thank you Wendy for the most amazing birthday cake. This beautiful, Yoga themed cake has the most detailed and exquisite Lotus Flower.
The Meaning of the Lotus Flower:
Throughout time the lotus flower has been a powerful spiritual symbol. A lotus has its roots in mud, at the bottom of streams and ponds. But it grows to become the most beautiful flower despite its origins. It symbolises how we too can overcome all obstacles on our journey and flourish. It also represents growth and spiritual development.
Wendy has been learning Yoga and Pilates with me for just over a year now, starting in May 2017 and coming on my first every Yoga and Pilates retreat in Poros Greece.
