Pauline Ward founder and business owner of Absolute Yoga and Pilates; Pauline has been working in the Fitness Industry teaching health and fitness classes for many years. During her career she worked with YMCA Fitness Industry Training, Everyone Active, Nuffield Health, The Register of Exercise Professionals and SkillsActive, the Sector Skills Council for Active Leisure, Learning and Well-being. Her key areas of expertise are teaching and coaching face to face health, fitness and well-being exercise sessions and addressing stress management through yoga and Pilates. Pauline has a natural ability to ensure all participants feel at ease and are given individual attention, encouragement and correction with their exercise technique.

Wendy Allen's professional career has been in social work and learning and development. However away from work she has a lifelong interest in keeping fit and healthy with exercise and the outdoors.
Wendy discovered Pilates (with Pauline) a few years ago and it very quickly became her new passion. Having completed all the courses Pauline had to offer, Wendy signed up for the level 3 Diploma in Classical Mat Pilates and is now teaching Pilates and receiving rave reviews.
Wendy believes that the principles of Pilates improve the quality of everyday life. It makes us physically stronger with a mindful approach and creates a sense of space to ease us through our busy schedules.

Adriana Ward qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor in 2013 and has loved teaching ever since. She is passionate about movement, dance and fitness. Adriana graduated from Havering College, Ardleigh Green with a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre). Her education included: jazz, ballet and tap. She qualified as a Level 3 Pilates teacher in July 2017, completed a 500 hour Hatha Yoga diploma in November 2018, Vinyasa Yoga training in May 2021, sound healing in April 2022 and Yin Yoga November 2023. Adriana teaches Yoga, Pilates, Barre Pilates and sound healing workshops. Adriana will encourage and entertain you with a fun, inclusive and welcoming class. Charlotte Ward qualified with Drummond Education as a Level 3 Pilates Teacher in July 2017 and completed a 500 hour Hatha Yoga diploma in November 2018. Charlotte studied Health and Social Care at college and achieved triple distinction*. Whilst studying she found it was the human body that fascinated her most and decided this is the area she would like to continue her studies and growth. Charlotte's teaching style has a beautiful flow. With her gentle and relaxing voice you will be guided seamlessly through an hour of restorative Pilates or mindful Yoga. Charlotte is also a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist and can offer massage through her own business Lotty Therapies.

Kiran Kaur is passionate about helping people holistically using various methods of healing. She believes in the balance of Mind, Body and Spirit for a harmonious life. Kiran is an Integrative Counsellor and through her life journey has experienced unbalanced chakras and how these impact on the functioning of the human body. Kiran uses Gong Healing as part of the relaxation in her class and runs Gong Baths for a unique experience. She is very keen to help people heal on a deeper level and bring consciousness through her work.
Kiran trained with the Sahej Academy in Kundalini yoga and completed her Gong training with Mehtaab Benton. Kiran is also a Reiki healer and trained with Silver Ray healing Therapies and has completed Mental Health first aid with MHFAere to edit.
