Join us for a fabulous 'Barre Pilates class'. This fun and energising Barre Pilates class will give you a fabulous and uplifting workout for the whole body.
12.30pm - 2.30pm Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath experience
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. This practice consciously combines the breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. Kundalini Yoga brings balance to the body, mind and soul.
The Gong helps relieve stress and stimulates the immune system. Gongs vibrate on the same frequency as the body's cells and put the body in the best state to heal itself. Sound healing is effective for deep relaxation and moving blocks in the body.

Gong Bath - Blood Testing - Before & After This movie details a remarkable physical change that took place in blood samples from a person before & after a Gong Bath. What was discovered was a remarkable healing transformation took place affecting the Red and White blood Cells, T- Cells and Platelettes. The Blood terrain opened up enhancing the flow of Oxygen & Nutrients, Red Blood Cells were less congested and the energy potential of the cell increased, the Immune System was incredibly stimulated and White Blood Cells were much more active, larger, brighter & inflammation indicators decreased. Also the amount of damaged Cells from possible parasitical damage decreased from 70% down to around 30%. |

Kiran is very passionate about helping people holistically using various methods of healing. She believes in the balance of Mind, Body and Spirit for a harmonious life. Kiran is an Integrative Counsellor and through her life journey has experienced unbalanced chakras and how these impact on the functioning of the human body. Kiran uses Gong Healing as part of the relaxation in her class and runs Gong Baths for a unique experience. She is very keen to help people heal on a deeper level and bring consciousness through her work.
Kiran trained with the Sahej Academy in Kundalini yoga and completed her Gong training with Mehtaab Benton. Kiran is also a Reiki healer and trained with Silver Ray healing Therapies and has completed Mental Health first aid with MHFA
