Take time out to nurture your mind and body and learn to slow down.
With a strong focus on mindfulness and some teachings from my life coaching practice, you will come away feeling soothed, relaxed and energized.
In this deeply nurturing workshop, you will have the opportunity to pause and take time out for yourself. You will leave with some practical ideas and tools to help you maintain a deep sense of relaxation you can incorporate into your life, as well as a helpful worksheet containing tips and proven strategies that will help you maintain that calm and ‘in control’ feeling.
This workshop will help you introduce mindfulness into your practice through breath and focused attention. With yoga postures, awareness and conscious breathing you will learn to create a rhythm of balance, peace of mind and ease in the body.
Mindfulness and yoga can help:
Create a sense of inner peace
Reduce levels of stress and anxiety
Enhance sleep
Improve relationships
Increase concentration and enhance your immune system
Life coaching can help you to stay balanced, calm and also focused on the things you want to pay attention to in your life; be they the big goals and life changing stuff or just simply the ability to do things well and be the best you can be.
We will start with an introduction to mindfulness and coaching, followed by a yoga class that will help you incorporate those ideas into your practice, and we will finish with a beautiful guided meditation to align our intentions and maintain that sense of control and calm.

Rebecca is passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing. As a fitness instructor for many years, she specialized in helping people with a range of medical conditions to feel better and more in control of their own health. As an educator and thought leader, Rebecca is a published author, speaker and coach. She was instrumental in the design of many of the courses available to fitness instructors today. With a background in psychology, behaviour change and fitness, Rebecca is a qualified NLP and CBT coach and has completed a 500 hour Level 3 Hatha Yoga diploma. Rebecca now focuses her attention on supporting people as a coach and mentor. Her passion in wellbeing leads her to be an inspirational coach specializing in women in their middle years and those going through any kind of change in life.
