After the fantastic success of previous HulaFit workshops, we have another date for you to enjoy.
Date: Saturday 6th July 9.30 - 14.15
Venue: Ardleigh House, Ardleigh Green
Cost: £50 the day or £30 for the afternoon only - Hoops are provided
Complementary drinks and treats throughout the day.
9.30am Matwork Pilates with Pauline
Start your wellness day with 'Wake up Pilates'.
11am Barre Pilates with Adriana
Join us for a fabulous 'Barre Pilates class'. This fun and energising Barre Pilates class will give you a fabulous and uplifting workout for the whole body.
12.15pm Hula Fitness with Bisi
Hula Fitness is a fun and non-impact way to get fit, with simple moves that tone and tighten muscles. It’s easy to learn and no previous experience necessary.

"I have been involved in sport and fitness for more than 20 years. During this time, I have undertaken various Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which has provided me with the skills and knowledge to coach, improve people’s fitness and design individual training programmes, demonstrate good technique and show people the benefits of getting active. I currently teach Boxfit, Hulafit, Deep Water Workout, Floatfit, Yoga, Pilates. I also a qualified Running Coach and Triathlon Coach and I deliver supported gym sessions, Walking Football and Walking Basketball for the West Ham United Foundation 150 programme for participants at risk of Diabetes. I am passionate about making a difference."
